At Relaxglowlight, we are committed to providing exceptional gift wrapping services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped items.

We stand behind our work and will work with you to ensure complete satisfaction with your gift wrapping experience.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For custom design orders, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation to receive a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged during our wrapping process, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Your items' safety is our priority. We take every precaution to handle your gifts with care.

Custom Orders

Custom design orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned once work has begun. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final result, we will work with you to make adjustments or find a satisfactory solution.
